Jamaican fusion roots artiste Dowayne Morrison, also known as TuffHeart, is dedicated to the restoration of peace in Kingston and beyond. Born to Mama Patsy Compbell, he attended Duhany Park Primary School and Edith Dalton James High School, where he actively participated in football sports. Growing up in the Kingston 20 Saint Andrew community of Sherlock Crescent, which is also home to famous artists like Baby Cham and Konshens, Dowayne has forged a path in the music industry. He collaborates with Konshens' company, voicing the track 'Time Will Tell' under the name RP, which he initially used before adopting the TuffHeart persona. His music career took off with singles like 'Ghetto Youth Time' under his first management team, Shocking Vibes Record, with Mr. Thomas and Devonte, featuring hits such as 'Burke Wild' and 'Leprechaun.' Later, he officially signed with S-Lock Entertainment, releasing tracks like 'Walkaway' featuring Que and 'Hopscotch', as well as 'Out A Di Ghetto' by RP, a Mainforce production, and 'These Times' by RP. Dowayne is determined to succeed in the music business and recently released a song titled 'Heavy Heavy Bumpa' by TuffHeart, with the official video available on YouTube. Embracing his identity as a Rastafarian, Dowayne's image resonates well with  his beliefs, values, family, community and fans.  One Love. His first EP, 'The Art of Music' by TuffHeart Music, includes seven tracks, with the number one track 'Gangsta Town' distributed by DistroKid and available on all streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and iTunes.
